Celebrate your 8th Wedding Anniversary with this Cold-Casted Bronze sculpture of your family of four! The children can be either boys, girls or both. Choose the option that matches your family best!

This is a for a family of four sculpture with an older baby/ young toddler and an older child. If your family does not match the sample photos please keep looking through the listings or message me about available designs.

Engraving text is extra and might add to the processing time so please take that into consideration when ordering. Text can be engraved on the front or the back of the sculpture

The sculpture is created using a cold-casting technique. "Cold-Casting" is a term used to describe the process of mixing metal powder with a resin to create castings that give the appearance of solid metal. The metal cold-cast process (also known as "bonded Bronze") is faster and much less expensive compared with foundry casting of molten metal (lost wax process.) Actual Bronze metal is used in the casting and the finished sculpture is polished and waxed.

How Your Sculpture Is Made

Each sculpture begins as an original clay piece, hand-sculpted in my studio.

From that original, I create a mold and cast each piece using real metal powder—such as copper, bronze, or aluminum—mixed with resin (this is called cold casting). Every sculpture is then carefully finished, buffed, and waxed by hand to bring out the natural metallic surface.

Because of this process, your sculpture has the look and feel of metal while remaining lighter and more practical for display and shipping.
